We'll talk a lot. Especially you - I'll mostly listen and help you reflect on what you've shared and help you to gain fresh insights and perspective

If you'd like, I can help you build an action plan and hold you accountable for it

Note, coaching is not a substitute for therapy. Coaching always looks forward to the future, therapy tends to focus on the past. You can if you wish work with both a therapist and a coach at the same time
